per serving
per serving
About 10g of carbs per serving. Counted with strawberries and mixed nuts. Walnuts or pecans make it about 1g less. How we worked it out
You'll need
Method
- Spoon the yoghurt into a bowl, or a jar with a lid if you're taking it with you.
- Halve any big strawberries and put the berries on top.
- Scatter over the nuts and a pinch of cinnamon.
Tip
Cashews are the highest-carb nut by a long way. Walnuts, pecans, Brazils and macadamias are the lowest.
Swaps
Frozen berries are cheaper and fine. Put them in the night before and they'll have thawed by morning.
Storing it
Made the night before, it keeps in the fridge until the morning. Add the nuts just before eating so they stay crunchy.
