Health and food safety
This site shares everyday food and general information. It isn't medical advice and isn't a substitute for advice from your GP, nurse, dietitian or pharmacist, especially if you have a health condition, take medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Carb figures are careful estimates (here's how we work them out) and will vary with the brands and amounts you use. If you need exact figures, for example for diabetes medication, check your own labels.
Recipes use common allergens including milk, eggs, nuts, peanuts, mustard, fish and celery (in some stock cubes). Always check the labels of what you buy. Follow the food safety notes on each recipe, and use your own judgement in the kitchen.

Our responsibility
We take care to get things right, but we can't promise the site is always free of mistakes or available. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law, or our responsibility for anything we can't legally exclude.
